In our pursuit of a sustainable lifestyle, we initially tried our hand at growing food crops, only to find ourselves at odds with the climate and weather conditions. Undeterred, we sought alternatives and stumbled upon the aromatic allure of lavender. What began as a modest experiment with a few plants soon blossomed into a full-fledged venture as we witnessed the commercial potential of lavender.

 

Attending a lavender conference proved to be a pivotal moment, where we were captivated by the prospect of adding value right on our farm – from cultivation to distillation and packaging. We joined The Australian Lavender Growers Association, connecting with like-minded enthusiasts and experts. Today we have over 2000 lavender plants, carefully selected for both culinary and oil production.
